What information do we collect?
The following information about you may be collected and processed by us:

Your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, copies of formal identity documents like your passport or ID card, information about your business seller, your tax identification number, and details about your credit or debit card are among the information you provide to us.
If you choose to enable this service on your computer or device, it may also include information you provide when creating a Ticketrent profile, such as a profile picture and access to your camera and/or photo library.
Telephone conversations and other communications between you and us may be monitored or recorded by us.

Your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, device information (such as the model and version of your device), platform, advertising ID, and unique device token, as well as computer and connection information such as statistics on your page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, your browsing history, and web log information are all included.
Information about how you use our services, such as the things you looked at or searched for and the events you attended; page response times, download errors, the length of time spent on particular pages, information about page interaction (such as scrolling, clicking, and mouse-overs), and any data entered into the page during your visit.

If you choose to enable this service on your computer or device, your favorite artists, shows, teams, venues, genres, and any other event-related interests based on your scanned music libraries (collectively, your "Favourites") will be displayed.
reCAPTCHA that is hidden. On our Services, we use Google's invisible reCAPTCHA application to guard against automated abuse and spam. Cookies and other information like IP address, date, time, language, screen size and resolution, and mouse movements may be used by the reCAPTCHA tool. Both Google's terms of service, which can be found at https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en, and Google's privacy policy, which can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy, apply to the use of the reCAPTCHA tool as well as any information that is gathered by it.
Contract data. This is general data that is gathered from our authoritative accomplices (assuming they are normal people) or our legally binding accomplices' representatives and other contact people. This includes information about the type of contract, the date it was signed, how long it lasted, the contractual services, data that was collected before the contract was signed, information that was needed or used for processing (like invoicing data), and financial data (like reminders and debt collection data).
Physical Address We may use the physical location of your device to deliver you customized content and services based on your location. We may also share the physical location of your device with our marketing partners, along with information about which advertisements you viewed and other information we collect, so that they can provide you with content that is more tailored to you and study how well advertising campaigns work. If you choose to allow or deny such uses and/or sharing of your device's location, we and/or our marketing partners may not be able to provide you with the relevant personalized services and content. However, in some cases, you may be permitted to do so.

You are permitted to share information with social media platforms, create an account on those platforms, and connect your account to those platforms. You will share certain Personal Information from your social media account with us if you connect it to your Services account. This includes your name, email address, photo, list of social media contacts, and any other information you provide to us when you connect your social media account to your Services account. We may, to the extent permitted by law, reshare or otherwise engage with your posts and interactions on third-party social media sites for at least two years or until you withdraw authorization or connection to the social media site if you agree to give us access to any social media site that contains video content. We might also make use of plug-ins and other social media technologies. You are voluntarily establishing a connection with that particular social media site when you click on a link provided by a social media plug-in.
You are generally not required to disclose data to us, with the exception of certain circumstances, such as when required by law. In order to provide the services that you have requested, we need to collect personal information. We may not be able to provide the Services if you do not provide the requested information. You warrant that you are authorized to do so and grant us permission to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy if you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us or our service providers in connection with the Services.
